1) Quality of Vehicles......National Auto Sales has evolved Buy-here Pay-here. For many that name means a cheap, bad car for a high price. Well things have changed quite a bit since those days at least for us. Most the vehicles on our lot are between $8,000-$13,000. This gives you a much, much better range of quality vehicles to choose in today's market. Long gone are the days of a good cheap car for $3,000 or $4,000. Our vehicles go through multiple inspections. They are inspected by a third party for salvage, engine, transmission, and more before they even get to our lot. Once here we make sure that the tires, brakes, power windows, power locks, sunroof, power seats, radio, cd player, and much more are working. If not we fix it before selling it. We also make sure no check engine lights are on and if they are we fix it before we sell it. We make sure the car has a valid emissions. We make sure there are no lights on the dash before selling the vehicle. From buying the right quality vehicle to begin with and from inspecting and making repairs as necessary we try hard to make sure you drive out with a quality used vehicle.
2) Variety of Vehicles......Just take a peek at our inventory and you can see we have a wide range of vehicles. 3) Prices of Vehicles......Just because you have bad credit doesn't mean you have to get ripped off. Our vehicles are priced in line with blue-book and current market values and many are priced below book value.
4) Extremely low down payments......Many people ask-How can you have such low down payments? First we do are own financing so we don't have to answer to outside banks or lenders. Second, we know money's tight and we want people to be able to afford a nice vehicle without putting a fortune down. The majority of our vehicles are between $299 and $999 down and there may be a few with a little higher down payment but the majority fall right between $299 and $999 down. The down payments are typically based on the price of the vehicle so the more the selling price then typically the higher the down payment. With these low down payments you are typically paying less down than most people with perfect credit would at a big dealer or outside lender.
5) Report to credit bureau......We want you to re-establish your credit so we report to Equifax so you can be on the path to a better credit score.
6) Lower Interest Rate....Many buy-here pay-here dealers charge as high as 29 or 30% which is allowed by law. We are much lower than that. Again, being our own lender allows us to set our own rate providing individuals with less than perfect credit a competitive interest rate in line with what many secondary lenders charge.
7) Customer Service.....We treat you good when you walk up on the lot. We want to make sure your happy from the time you step-on the lot until the time you pay-off your loan with us.


So what is your criteria to finance and how long and how much are payments?

We do not have a specific criteria on whether or not we can finance you. Because we do the financing ourselves we have the opportunity to take all factors into consideration. It is tough to say whether or not we can finance you by defining a set list of criteria. We look at each situation individually and take a variety of factors into consideration. Since we do our own financing we can be more flexible with things like problem credit, short time on job or address, and income.
How long is financing?
Almost all the loans fall right between 3 and 3 1/2 years. However, you can pay more and shorten the loan if you like but that is typically the default.
When are payments due?
We try and set your payments up on your payday. Most people prefer it this way.
Are your down payments that low for everyone? Will I have to put more down?
If we get you approved then the down payments are the same for everyone. If we can't get you approved then putting more money down or a co-signer may increase your chances. 


How do I purchase a vehicle from National Auto Sales? What do I need?


To get started all you need to do is come by or call us. We can do a short-app by phone or fax you the application. This is a sort of pre-approval. Based on what you tell us on the application and your credit report we can give you an idea of whether or not we can finance you. If we can then you just need to bring the documents in to verify what you told us over the phone. Even better just come on by.

What kind of documentation do you need to bring in?
1) Proof of Income-2 most recent paystubs.
-If you do not have a paystub then other proof of income such as bank statements showing deposits or a letter of employment or tax forms.

2) Proof of Residence-we need to verify your address so we need a recent utility bill, lease, or recent mail showing your name and address.

3) Driver's License-out of state is fine but you will have to get a GA license within 30 days so you can get your tag.

4) References (Family Members, Friends, and Co-Workers)

5) Money for the Down Payment (We take cash, debit, or credit cards. Sorry, no checks for down payments)

6) Insurance Before you drive off the lot you must have full coverage insurance and continue to carry it for the whole term of your loan. This is required by law. We can help get you insurance once you get here.
